The design of a website is very much an interactive process between the designer (me) and you (the customer) to realise your vision on screen. We have a quick chat about what you hope to acheive with your website and how you would like it look. With a good idea of what the client is looking for I sketch out some ideas and return to the client a detailed list of what could be done, how long it would take and how much it will cost.
If you decide to proceed at the agreed cost, timeline etc there will be a continuous back and forth until everything is just the way you want it. During this time there will be considerable opportunity to learn how to edit the website if you so wish reducing the need for further cost, intervention in the future as you perform minor edits. The key advantage my business brings is that I am just down the road …on the other end of the phone …and will always be at hand to sort out any issues.
Continuous Support
The website will always require some updating every couple of years which will be discussed and costed at the appropriate time. However in addition there are always tweaks required due to the ever changing nature of the internet. Support will always be there to get your site back in good shape regardless of the cause.
Freedom
The open nature of the wordpress platform means that you are not hard-wired into our service should you wish to try to do the job yourself, move to another agent etc etc All documentation supporting the website will be provided such that anyone skilled in the art can go on to maintain your website without our help.
